Refund policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalized/customized items.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item after approval and place a new order.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
